Ei Founder & CEO

Passionate and driven, Holly Elmore is the Founder & CEO of Earth Impact (Ei), a U.S.-based global non-profit committed to bringing regenerative operating practices to the corporate community. Now in its 17th year of Regeneration in ACTION, Ei serves as a multidisciplinary bridge between environmental health and economic resilience.

Beginning her career as an auditor and CPA with Arthur Andersen, Holly worked nearly seven years in the corporate arena. Entrepreneurial spirit then led to the creation of Executive Catering & Events and two successful restaurants in the Atlanta market. Professional experience gained during her business-owner tenure paved the way for leadership in the sustainability sector. In 2008, Holly founded the Green Foodservice Alliance and launched the pioneering Zero Waste Zones (ZWZ) program. In 2012, the National Restaurant Association acquired the ZWZ.

Today, Holly leverages a rigorous business background to spearhead initiatives that benefit the community, the environment, and the bottom line. As the “pen” behind the Fingertip Press, Holly authors the Ei website and two online magazines, Regeneration in ACTION and The IMPACT, documenting the journey toward a paradigm where “Nature Prevails.”

A professional photographer and published photojournalist, Holly applies a unique blend of business acumen, culinary expertise, and ecological advocacy to drive systemic, nature-based solutions for food and soil health.
