As Founder & Executive Director of the Green Foodservice Alliance, Holly Elmore was honored at the 2009 GRACE Gala with the Innovator of the Year Award GRACE Awards are the Georgia Restaurant Association Crystal of Excellence Awards.
The Innovator of the Year is selected by industry peers and is a visionary leader who demonstrates exemplary talent and promise for the future in the foodservice industry. At the time the Zero Waste Zones were a Green Foodservice Alliance and a major contributor to Holly’s prestigious award.
